What is the substitution policy for the conference?
To make an attendee substitution, send an email to RedShift@RedPrairie.com with the registered attendee’s name as well as the new attendee's name and email.
Am I able to register for the conference onsite?
Yes, however the registration fee after April 21 is $1395 (an increase of $200 from $1195, the registration fee prior to April 21).

Can we extend our stay?
If are staying at The Westin Kierland Resort & Spa, the hotel has offered the discounted rate of $219 per night plus state, local and occupancy taxes with reservations made prior to Friday, April 21, 2011 for three days prior to and following RedShift:2011 (May 16-19, 2011), based on availability.
Is a rental car needed?
No, it is not necessary to rent a car unless you are planning to extend your stay in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. Transportation will be provided for all conference activities; however, attendees will need to arrange their own transportation to and from the airport.

How do I register for the golf tournament?
You will be asked if you would like to play in the golf tournament when you register for RedShift:2011. The tournament will be held on Monday, May 16 at 1:00pm at the Kierland Golf Course at the hotel. See the Activities & Entertainment page for more information.
What is the conference dress code?
Attendees are recommended to wear business casual during the day and nice casual attire for the evening functions. A light sweater or jacket is recommended as the meeting rooms can be cold.
What is the conference cancellation policy?
Cancellation requests before April 29, 2011 will be processed minus a $100 administration fee. No refunds will be issued after April 29, 2011.
What is the weather like in Scottsdale in May?
The average high in May is 99ºF (37ºC) while average low is 68ºF (20ºC). A light jacket or sweater is recommended in the evenings.
