Attendees will receive a discounted rate of $220* per night plus state, local and occupancy taxes, for reservations made prior to Friday, April 16, 2010 (reservations made after April 16, 2010 will be based on availability). Check-in time is 4:00pm. Check-out time is 11:00am.

Transportation

The closest airport is the Orlando International Airport (MCO), located 10 miles from the JW Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes. Attendees of RedShift are responsible for ground transportation to and from the airport. All transportation for any offsite event not within walking distance will be provided.

Taxis are available on both the A and B sides of the Main Terminal, on the Ground Transportation Level (Level 1). A cab ride is approximately $50.

Shuttle vans by Mears Transportation Group are available on both the A and B sides of the Main Terminal, on the Ground Transportation Level (Level 1). From Orlando International Airport, take 528 going West to Exit 3 (John Young Parkway). Turn left and you would be heading south on John Young Parkway. Turn right at the 3rd traffic light (Whisper Lakes). Once you enter the property follow the signs to the JW Marriott.
