What is the cost for attending RedShift:2012?

Will I receive a receipt for my conference registration?
You will receive an e-mail confirmation shortly after you register. Please e-mail RedShift@RedPrairie.com if you have any issues.
How can I make changes to my conference registration?
Changes to your conference registration can be made at any time before the conference by logging back into the registration site using the email address and password used to register and following the Modify Registration instructions.
What is the substitution policy for the conference?
To make an attendee substitution, send an email to RedShift@RedPrairie.com with the registered attendee’s name as well as the new attendee and email.
Am I able to register for the conference onsite?
Yes, however the registration fee after April 6 is $1395 (an increase of $200 from $1195, the registration fee prior to April 7).
How do I reserve my hotel?
Make hotel reservations at The Westin Diplomat. Attendees will receive a discounted rate of $239 per night plus state, local and occupancy taxes, with reservations made prior to Sunday, April 15, 2012.
Reservations made after April 15, 2012 will be based on availability. A major credit card is required to hold your room reservation. Individuals who do not show will be charged one night stay.
Will I receive a confirmation for my hotel reservation?
You will receive a separate e-mail from The Westin Diplomat for your hotel confirmation.
How can I make changes to my hotel reservation?
Changes to your hotel reservation can be made by calling the hotel at 954.602.6000.
Can we extend our stay?
Yes, the hotel has offered the discounted rate of $239 per night plus state, local and occupancy taxes with reservations made prior to Sunday, April 15, 2012 for three days prior to and following RedShift:2012 (May 7-10, 2012), based on availability.
Is a rental car needed?
No, it is not necessary to rent a car unless you are planning to extend your stay in the South Florida area. Transportation will be provided for all conference activities; however, attendees will need to arrange their own transportation to and from the airport.
The closest airports are Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport (FLL) located 8 miles from the hotel and Miami International Airport (MIA) located 22 miles from the hotel. See the Transportation page for more information.
How do I register for the golf tournament?
You will be asked if you would like to play in the golf tournament when you register for RedShift:2012. The tournament will be held on Monday, May 7 at 1:00pm at The Diplomat Golf Course at the hotel. See the Other Activities page for more information.
What is the conference cancellation policy?
You must cancel your registration by Friday, March 30, 2012 to receive a full refund. This can be done by sending an email to RedShift@RedPrairie.com. Attendees that cancel after this deadline will be refunded 50% of their paid registration fee.
What is the conference dress code?
Attendees are recommended to wear business casual during the day and nice casual attire for the evening functions. A light sweater or jacket is recommended as the meeting rooms can be cold.
What is the weather like in South Florida in May?
The average temperature in May ranges from a high of 86ºF (30ºC) to a low of 71ºF (22ºC). A light jacket or sweater may come in handy in the evenings.
